PE Duplex

PE Premium Duplex is a single-layer HDPE film intended for lamination with paper and polyethylene or polyurethane foam. In the case of lamination with paper, PE Duplex acts as a barrier for water vapour and fat. It is most often used in the production of sheets for packaging in the meat, fish and confectionery industries. In the case of laminations with polyethylene foam, PE Duplex Premium acts as a mechanical and acoustic reinforcement and as a moisture barrier. It is also used as a supporting and forming layer when pouring and cooling polyurethane foams.

PE Premium Duplex is characterised by a high flatness coefficient, which is a very important parameter in the lamination process, and it also has high stiffness and low elasticity. Additionally, it is resistant to water vapour, fat and high temperature.
