Frozen food film

Multilayer PE Premium film intended for flexographic, rotogravure and offset printing, characterised by a wide range of sealing temperatures and excellent mechanical parameters, including in particular resistance to puncture, high gloss, low haze as well as high pigment saturation in the case of white-pigmented films. The film retains its properties at low temperatures, as low as -40°C. It has a stable friction coefficient and, depending on the application, can be made in one of the following three versions:

• < 0.2
• 0.2–0.3
• > 0.3

For extremely demanding applications, we offer our PE Premium LTS film additionally characterised by low seal initiation temperature (<90°C) and excellent hot tack strength, which is invaluable when packing deep-frozen products on high-speed HFFS machines
