Perforated film for cooking

HDPE films with hot perforation are intended for packaging bulk food products (e.g. rice and groats) on automatic VFSS packing lines. Hot perforation guarantees consistent hole size, ensuring optimum product cooking time as well as easy draining of water. The formula developed for the film makes it possible to obtain high packaging efficiency, of up to 120 sachets per minute. The film is resistant to high temperatures occurring during the cooking process. An important aspect in this category is the rigorous testing performed at independent laboratories to guarantee the absence of Bisphenol A.
