He completed his legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice, obtaining the title of legal advisor in 2003. He holds a licence to practice the profession of legal advisor (entry no. In 2003, he graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking.
